An adventurous cave-diving site in the Lot with a short first sump, a large dry chamber and a long, extremely silty second sump.
The supplied survey shows a long and varied system with several sumps and dry or partly dry passages. The survey gives 2947 m of development, of which 1135 m is underwater. According to the survey, the western branch of S8 reaches approximately -19 m.
According to the dive report, S1 is short and leads into a large chamber with an attractive calcite bridge. To continue, the equipment has to be taken out of the water and moved several metres upward; a ladder was used for this.
Warning: the dive report mentions an elevated CO₂ concentration in the chamber after S1. Farther on, S2 is described as extremely silty, with a risk of a complete silt-out on the return. These are reported observations, not current measurements.
