About Warnant Cross
Carrière de Warnant Cross (Warnant 1) is a former underground limestone quarry near Warnant in the Molignée valley. Its dark limestone was marketed as marbre noir de Sorinnes. The workings contain passages and extraction chambers with old rails, stone blocks and machinery.
The supplied survey shows depth labels down to −33 m. This does not independently establish the current maximum diving depth. Water levels and passage access may change.
